How to get line training experience ?

There are so many pilots who have contacted us and willing to pay type rating, and it is good news as we are now establishing some contact to obtain necessary agreement in place to put some pilot to be trained on aircraft type and start their line training, but this is not big numbers, each operator can only accommodate 2 pilot in 3 months for every aircraft, so you need to be patient.

WE NEVER ASK NOR TAKE ANY MONEY FROM TRAINEE OR JOB SEEKER.

There are many organisation that has been misusing their advertising or marketing purposes to get money in advance.  You have to make sure that you understand and the money you pay is worth for what you are paying.

Small or medium airlines or air charter can only do limited pilot line training and with condition that you already have basic tools or basic jet or type rating training as minimum and you continuesly invest your money in to your self.

How do you maintain your qualification and knowledge ?

For the new pilots, it is not easy to start and building experience as you do not know where to start.  There are many resources that you can pay for a very small amount of fee but improve your knowledge, knowledge change will inline change your behaviour, this can be reflected during your interview, small words of examples during interview is to explain briefly about short courses that you have taken online.

These are the basic supplemental training that the employer or interviewer think you have boosted and prepare yourself in advance that you are eager to do it on your own. The subjects covers international operations that may not be taught during flying schools are:

  1. Introduction to Performance Based Navigations (RNP and RNAV)
  2. MNPS / North Atlantic / Pacific (Minimum Navigation Performance Specifications)
  3. RVSM (Reduced Vertical Separation Minima)
  4. ACAS / TCAS (Traffic Collision Alerting System)
