To get your type ratings, there are many place and variable cost involved, the common type rating for B737 classic (300-500) can start from USD 20000 per pilot if you have pairing to start at the same time, and it may cost up to USD 35000 for B737NG or Airbus narrow body, not to mention accommodation cost, which may takes at least 4 to 6 weeks.
Common Type Rating require at least 3 weeks of ground school, 60 hours in simulator (Fixed base and training device) and new type requires 6 touch and go in aircraft (this exclude the cost we estimate above)
