Monitor validity of crew's training and plan monthly training roster
• Coordinate with service provider (e.g. Boeing, STC, etc) and instructors to ensure necessary training can be completed 
• Ensure crew's training are planned in accordance to company policy and AOCR
• Ensure all the training related costs/invoices are processed or accrued 
• Ensure crews entitled for variable notional are being paid accurately as per company policy
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Manage all crew's uniform related matters.

• Bachelor Degree in any disciplines. Diploma holders in aviation related disciplines with relevant years of work experience in similar capacities will also be considered
• Min. 2 – 3 years of relevant experience, background in airlines business is advantage
• Able to work in a pressured environment with tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimum supervision
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn and operate complex aviation scheduling software
• Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels
