Job Description:

Airport Operations Compliance Specialist reports to Manager of Airport Operations Standards and Compliance. Individual is responsible for ensuring training of all outsourced ground handling companies that are handling company aircraft are in compliance with Company policies and Federal Government Regulations.  Administrate and prepare all audits from conception through execution. Some of the duties described below are not limited to:
 

Quarterly review of all training ensuring that it is delivered and documented within FAA guidelines, code share requirements and company policies. 
Assist with the development, change and implementation of new and existing training programs.
Evaluation of course curriculum with code-share and regional partners.
Monitor all stations to ensure compliance with all FAA/TSA regulations and have completed all regulatory lessons.
Confirm all stations are compliant and current with all required manuals and revisions.
Assist and/or perform Regional Shared Audit Program (RSAP) Audits in accordance with general accepted auditing standards, and departmental practices and procedures.
Assist in Safety Department inquiries.
Support with new station or transition start-ups.
Perform all other assignments as instructed by the Director of Airport Operations.

Job Requirements:

1.Must be at least 21 years of age.

2.Knowledge of airport operations functions as well as federal, state and local authorities.

3.High school diploma and at least 1 year of previous airport operations and/or leadership experience.

4.Able to stand; walk for prolonged periods of time, at times extended work outside and in the elements.

5.Work well under pressure.

6.Strong customer service and communication skills both verbal and written.

7.Able to multi task and adapt to sudden operational changes.

8.Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

9.Available to work weekdays, nights and weekends including some holidays.
10.Be able to travel internationally.

11.Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Word products.
